Day 17: 50 Days of Prayer for the Persecuted Church: Vietnam

Today we pray for Vietnam. Some may think that the persecution that is happening all over the world is mainly because of older beliefs and laws, yet here in Vietnam just as recent as 1 year ago a new restrictive law on religious activities was put in place.

For more information, Open Doors USA has some details. They estimate just under 8.5 million Christians in the population of just under 95 million people

.

Please pray with me and add your prayers in the comments.

Father, we pray for Vietnam. The believers are meeting in homes and we pray for their safety. We pray for this new law to be overturned and that the government will allow freedoms to her people. God we want to see amazing things happening in Vietnam we pray for revival. Burn your passion for the lost in the hearts of the believers in Vietnam. Amen
